Our pure organic maple sugar is made by reducing our finest maple syrup down to its granulated essence -nothing is added. Substitute maple sugar in equal amounts wherever white or brown sugar is used. Bake with it, sweeten your tea or coffee and use it on your oatmeal or toast.
