Our pure maple syrup and maple sugar are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers. Their inspectors have followed our sap from tree to sugarhouse where it is made into maple syrup and sugar. Every step along the way has been checked to make sure that we manage our sugarwoods sustainably -without chemicals or pesticides- and that everything that comes in contact with our sap, syrup and sugar conforms to their rigorous standards. Our pure organic maple sugar is made by reducing our finest maple syrup down to its granulated essence -nothing is added. Substitute maple sugar in equal amounts wherever white or brown sugar is used. Bake with it, sweeten your tea or coffee and use it on your oatmeal or toast.
