Our pure maple syrup and maple sugar are certified organic by Vermont Organic Farmers. Their inspectors have followed our sap from tree to sugarhouse where it is made into maple syrup and sugar. Every step along the way has been checked to make sure that we manage our sugarwoods sustainably -without chemicals or pesticides- and that everything that comes in contact with our sap, syrup and sugar conforms to their rigorous standards.
